What do I do if my products are damaged, incomplete, incorrect or short delivered?

If, upon receipt, your goods are damaged, incomplete, incorrect or short delivered, notification must be made within 5 working days of delivery. If you have returned the goods as damaged and we find no fault with the items upon examination we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee or a minimum of £10, whichever is greater. Goods should not be returned without prior authorisation and you must quote your account number and relevant reference number. Please email our Customer Services team with full details at enquiries@nesarnold.co.uk, or on 0845 120 2055 between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please keep hold of your packaging until you have checked you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
