What happens if Im not there to sign for my delivery?

If there is no one to sign for your delivery then a further attempt will be made to deliver and a contact card left to let you know. If Royal Mail attempts to deliver and fails then they will leave a contact card and you will need to pick your parcel up from the depot stated on the contact card.
