I appear to have more than one customer number, does it matter which one I use?

If you have more than one account number we recommend using just one and using it every time you contact us either by phone, fax, email or online.
If, for any reason, you have two or more account numbers (e.g. because you place orders for more than one company), we would ask you to ensure that you always use the appropriate number to avoid incorrect deliveries or invoices.
