Free delivery

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £300 (exc VAT). We welcome all orders regardless of size; however orders that do not reach the qualifying amount will be charged £4.95 for standard delivery carriage.

 

2-4 working day standard delivery carriage

For orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, NES will deliver your item(s) within 2-4 working days, most often on the third day. This delivery time is only available on items in stock and excludes direct delivery items. Items requiring 2-man deliveries may take longer.

 

Express Delivery (UK mainland only)

When you need it fast our Express Delivery will deliver within 48 hours, once the order has been despatched from our warehouse regardless of the size of the order - for only £9.95. Please call 0845 120 4525 and specify that you require the Express Delivery service. This service is strictly subject to stock availability and we regret that certain furniture and large items cannot be despatched by this method.

 

Direct Despatch

Certain items may come from the manufacturer and may take longer to deliver. Some items are also Made to Order and can take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. In both instances such items will be identified throughout the catalogue and online.

 

Refused Delivery

We reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 20% handling charge, or a minimum of £10 whichever is greater, on all consignments that are refused without reason.
