No Hassle Returns
Based on your comments and suggestions, we have designed our shopping experience to meet your needs.
Our streamlined returns process means we are able to take a return of goods for any reason and provide a full refund provided that:
- You let us know that you wish to return the goods within 7 days of delivery
- The goods are in their original form including all packaging, are unused and all seals are unbroken.
To arrange for the return of an item please call 0845 120 4525. Notification of stock items ordered in error must be made within 7 working days of receipt. Please note all goods must be returned with the original packaging in which it is supplied, without this we may not accept a returned item and you will still be charged.
For special orders, NDNA Publication or direct delivery, it may not be possible to return goods and the seller will invoice the full amount. Bespoke or personalised items which are ordered cannot be returned.
